Functions

find_edges(data, mask, edge_val, bg_val[, ...])	Find edges of second_threshold mask.
plot_pval(pval, output[, surface, tval, ...])	Plot pval statistics on surface If tval is given: it will plot p-values below p_threshold with positive t-values and p-values below p_threshold with negative t-values on seperate plots.
plot_tval(tval, output[, surface, t_lim, ...])	Plot tval statistics on surface Will plot t-values between thresholds If p_threshold and df is set, the thresholds are calculated based on the corresponding p-value.
threshold_pmap(pval, p_threshold, tval)	Threshold p-map
